When did adult friendship become so

complicated

?

strong
and healthy.

The demands of adulting keep us so busy that finding the time to connect with our friends can be difficult, leaving us feeling
lonely and isolated

Adulting keeps us so busy that being intentional about quality connection with existing friends is challenging, let alone trying to
make new friends.

Disappointment, conflict, and jealousy are not just part of romantic relationships, and navigating these in friendship can be tricky and feel overwhelming

Yes, i am!

Growing up, friends felt like family to me. My extra small family meant I craved connection. Deeply. So deeply it often ached.

Over the years, I've had many friendship ups and downs.  I've seen friendships suffer when love took center stage, and felt the kind of lonely that makes you question everything. Which led me to get really curious about connection- what supports it, what dampens it and how to navigate the tricky parts.

Years of experience and learning has led me here. Where I enjoy friendships that feel safe and supportive. Where I don't panic when conflict arises (and yes, it always will!). Where I speak my needs with without second guessing myself. And where I get freaking excited about the awesome women in my life.

Life is just so much better when we can connect deeply and confidently, isn't it?  That's why I'm here. And that's what I love to help women do.

Christina's coaching reignited my friendships! Her insightful questions exposed limiting beliefs (like prioritizing partners over friends) that I didn't even realize I had. With her support, I not only deepened existing friendships but also learned to identify ones that weren't fulfilling. If you crave stronger connections, Christina can guide you there.

Christina's superpower is her ability to listen with curiosity, she is sensitive to where and what I want to explore, and she fosters a sense of empowerment in each session. We worked on a challenging friendship situation and I was able to walk away with a solution that aligned with my values and helped grow the relationship in a positive way.

Female Friendship Rocks
It's downright awesome

But
it can also hurt,
 leaving us spinning, bitter
or checked-out

Which
actually shows we care,
and crave safe, deep connection

So,
Let's agree that seeking support for friendships is a sign of self-love and strength

As women
we're recognizing the importance of meaningful female connections - the kind that feel good, build us up, and Elevate our lives
